Refund and Return Policy

At Ideal Sewing Machine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of industrial/domestic sewing machines and genuine spare parts. Please read our return conditions below.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect machine/part, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email. Please provide photos or videos of the issue as proof.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all components.

Non-Returnable Items

Electrical components, customized machinery setups, or items damaged due to improper customer installation or usage are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer within 5-7 working days.
